A fun and fast-paced 45-minute interval training class designed to improve cardio, muscle tone, and flexibility. (Fun)ctional fitness that will keep you inspired!!  Using a wide variety of equipment such as medicine balls, battle ropes, and kettlebells along with rowers, stationary bikes, and jump rope thrown in for some extra burn, you are sure to earn the results promised from our High Intensity Interval Training class!

What makes our classes different from the rest is our attention to technique and our coaches ability to scale the movements up or down to ensure each athlete gets their best workout!


Classes are held:

Monday - Friday

@ 8:15AM and Noon



1 Month Unlimited - $75 

10 Punch Card - $85 (auto renews every 3 months)
