At Muskegon CrossFit, we are much more than a Crossfit Gym. We offer Personalized Training (PT) programs for anyone looking to get fitter and stronger, address weaknesses, lose weight, fix injuries, or any other physical goals you may have.
With our personal training program, we will build a training program specifically for YOU. Your coach will take you through a comprehensive assessment, talk to you about your goals, and from there, create an individualized plan. The workouts are fun, challenging, and engaging. You will feel amazing knowing that you are getting the right training for you. Whether you’re just starting out, or you’re already a well-developed athlete. We look forward to working with you!
